Mountreaux is famous for its beautiful location on Lake Geneva and the most frequented resort in the southwestern part of Switzerland. The town stretches along the shores of a large bay facing south and rises in tiers to heights covered with woods and vineyards which shelter it from the north and east winds. The mildness of its climate makes Mountreaux and its neighboring villages a climatic resort all the year round and earns it the name of Vaud Riviera for its lakeshore.
The Kitchen Art Company had the privilege to cater to an event in Mountreaux. It was a short three days affair at the Mountreaux Palace where we catered to guests from Dubai.
The ceremony was performed over looking the lake Geneva surrounded by the panoramic foothills of the Alps.
The weather was great! And the guests indulged in hot kadai milk in “kullar” and sweet and tangy “chat” during the mehndi ceremony.
It’s a moment of joy and great satisfaction when everybody applauds your effort and immediately one tends to forget all the painful spadework and efforts that have been put for months in order to make it happen.
Executive chef Fredrik Breuil was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our work easy.
